NK’MIP Resort is a four-season experiential tourism resort destination featuring premium accommodation and visitor experiences including an award-winning winery, gourmet dining, desert golf, a cultural centre, a full-service spa and meeting space for up to 350, just minutes from Osoyoos, British Columbia, in the Okanagan Valley.

NK’MIP (pronounced ‘in-ka-meep’) means ‘bottomland’ in the Okanagan language and refers to the north end of Lake Osoyoos, where the river meets the lake.

Led by the larger vision of the Osoyoos Indian Band – an enterprising First Nations band who have created a one-of-a-kind cultural and experiential destination through strategic partnerships and strong leadership – NK’MIP Resort encompasses: Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa, including NK'MIP Conference Centre, Sonora Desert Spa and Passa Tempo Restaurant; NK’MIP Cellars, NK’MIP Desert Cultural Centre, Sonora Dunes Golf Course and NK’MIP RV Park.

It's here, at the southernmost tip of the Okanagan, where the Great Basin Desert ends, making this region truly unique as Canada’s only desert. The distinctive geography, year-round warmth and rich soil are ideal for vineyards and orchards and produce an abundance of delicious and sought after fruit and wines.
