The NK'MIP Resort Association contributes goods and services to organizations whose target audiences, geographic locations and goals align with those of our members. Our goal is to support community-based initiatives, increase awareness of the NK'MIP destination in our key markets and positively contribute to the growth of tourism in British Columbia.
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES & DONATION REQUESTS
A range of non-monetary sponsorship packages are available for events at the National, Provincial, Regional and Local levels.
Packages are generally considered for major events in the key markets of Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary, with an attendance of over 2,000 people. Smaller events may be considered for support based on audience demographic. Pinot Noir, Merlot and Chardonnay sponsorship is available. To obtain Pinot Noir sponsorship, events are to have National or International reach.
Multi-faceted “ultimate” resort packages have the potential to include a wide variety of resort experiences. Each request will be considered on an individual basis and previous sponsorship does not guarantee future support.
Although most requests for support are very worthy, NK'MIP Resort Association and it’s partners can only support a small portion of them due to the volume of applications and limited budgets.

- Osoyoos Fireworks Festival
- Destination Osoyoos NK'MIP Annual Salmon Bake
Requests must be received 6 to 8 weeks prior to the date of the event and must include the following information:
1. Date, time and location of the event
2. How the item will be used (silent auction, raffle, door prize, live auction)
3. Type of event and who the beneficiary is
4. Name, address and phone number of the contact person for the organization
5. Number of people attending event and target audience
6. No monetary donations are given
Our gift letters have no cash surrender value, no exchange and no extensions after their expiry date. Please read your gift letter carefully and represent it accurately to the potential recipient.

The Osoyoos Indian Band Centre for Aboriginal Community Enterprise has been operating at the NK'MIP Resort for its second year and hundreds of attendees from First Nations, government and corporation have attended these sessions.
